🧠 意識・神経（Neurologic）

1. 突然の激しい頭痛
   Sudden severe headache
2. 片側の手足の麻痺・しびれ
   Weakness or numbness on one side of the body
3. ろれつが回らない・言葉が出ない
   Slurred speech or difficulty speaking
4. 意識消失・失神
   Loss of consciousness or fainting
5. けいれん発作
   Seizure
6. 頭を強く打った後の異常（嘔吐・眠気など）
   Symptoms after head injury (vomiting, drowsiness, etc.)

❤️ 胸部・呼吸（Cardiac / Respiratory）

1. 突然の胸の痛み・圧迫感
   Sudden chest pain or pressure
2. 息苦しさ・呼吸困難
   Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
3. 安静でも続く動悸
   Persistent palpitations at rest
4. 唇や顔色が紫色になる
   Bluish lips or face (cyanosis)
5. 血を吐く・血痰
   Coughing up blood

🩸 消化器・腹部（Gastrointestinal）

1. 激しい腹痛（特に突然）
   Severe abdominal pain (especially sudden onset)
2. 吐血

   Black tarry stool
4. 血便
   Bloody stool
5. 止まらない嘔吐・水分が取れない
   Persistent vomiting or inability to keep fluids down
6. お腹の張り＋便やガスが出ない
   Abdominal distension with no stool or gas

🧴 感染・全身症状（Infection / General）

1. 高熱が続く（目安：3日以上）
   Persistent high fever (around ≥3 days)
2. ぐったりして反応が悪い
   Extreme lethargy or poor responsiveness
3. 急速に広がる発疹
   Rapidly spreading rash
4. 首が硬くて曲げにくい（項部硬直）
   Stiff neck
5. 強いのどの腫れで飲み込みにくい・呼吸しにくい
   Severe throat swelling causing trouble swallowing or breathing
6. 動物咬傷・深い傷
   Animal bite or deep wound

1. 尿が出ない・極端に少ない
   No urine or very little urine
2. 強い背中〜脇腹の痛み＋発熱
   Severe flank/back pain with fever
3. 片脚だけの急な腫れや痛み
   Sudden swelling or pain in one leg
4. 止まらない出血
   Uncontrolled bleeding
5. 急な視力低下・見えにくさ
   Sudden vision loss or disturbance
6. 強いアレルギー症状（じんましん＋息苦しさ等）
   Severe allergic reaction (hives with breathing difficulty)
